William Longfellow

William Doyle Longfellow, age 95, of Gibbsboro, NJ, passed away in the comfort of his home on Monday, July 28th, 2025. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Joan Longfellow (nee Robertson), cherished children, Nora L. Beckman (Darryl) and Scott Longfellow (Jeanette), adored grandchildren, William Longfellow, Lauren Longfellow, Lindsay Beckman, Alana Beckman, Jillian Beckman, Tara Simpkins, and Alicia Noce as well as his great-grandsons, Anthony Noce, Benjamin Simpkins and Lincoln Simpkins. William was one of 12 children to the late Benjamin and late Ada Longfellow.

William was a veteran of the United States Army. He and his wife, Joan, had a passion for traveling the globe, racking up stamps in their passports until his late eighties. William will be deeply missed.

Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Monday, August 4th, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ, with the service to begin at 12:00 pm. Entombment to follow at Locustwood Memorial Park in Cherry Hill, NJ.
