William J. Huston

William J. Huston, age 47, of Berlin, NJ, passed away suddenly on December 14, 2025. He was born in Stratford, NJ, to the late Joseph Huston, Jr. and Charlene J. Grant.

William was a heavy machine operator with Carbo and a proud member of Local 825 of the International Union of Operating Engineers. He enjoyed riding quads, hunting, and grilling, but above all else, he cherished spending time with his beloved sons.

William was predeceased by his father, Joseph Huston, Jr.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years and partner of 30 years, whom he met at a bonfire when they were teenagers, Shannon M. Huston (née Wilt); his sons, William J. Huston, Jr. and Bradley K. Huston; his mother, Charlene Karge; his siblings, Jerry Huston and Jolene Armienti (Brett); his mother-in-law, Debbie Broome; his best friend, Charlie Farren; and his loving nieces and nephews. William will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory and will be held privately.
