William Cataldo

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of William John Cataldo Sr., at the age of 76, surrounded by his wife and daughter, holding his hands until his last breath on Monday, December 8th, 2025. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Marie, children, William Jr., Derek, Justine, Joey, and Artie, grandchildren, Isabella, Antonia, Joseph, Roman and Jason as well as his siblings, Kenny and Sandy. Bill is predeceased by his mother, Virginia Freda, and siblings, Kim, Kelly and Dale.

William resided in Waterford Works, NJ with his family. He spent a lifetime working as a Boilermaker for Local 13 in Pennsylvania which was more of a brotherhood than just work to him.

He deeply enjoyed the Jersey Shore and all it had to offer whether it was spending time at his shore house or fishing with family and friends. You could find him out on his boat, humorously named "Didn't Ask" after he surprised Marie with his new boat one day! If he wasn't at the shore, Bill was cruising in his Cadillac or spending time with his beloved girls, Marie, Justine, Isabella and Antonia. Although he will be deeply missed, his family knows he is looking down on them with a cigar in one hand and a Dos Equis beer in the other.

Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Saturday, December 20th, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm at LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ, 08004 with a service to follow at 4:00 pm. Cremation will take privately. Condolences may be shared on his online guest book.
