Rosemary Marshall (nee Winner) age 87 of W. Berlin, NJ passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at her home. She is predeceased by her husband, Edward Marshall. Surviving are her children, Joanne Caire (Frank) of Waterford, NJ, Timothy Marshall (Sami) of Colorado Springs, CO, Ginny Marshall of W. Berlin, NJ and Edward Marshall (Michelle) of Marlton, NJ. Grandmother of Jessica Valentino (John), Janessa Perone (Vincent), Gianna Santanello and Louis Santanello. Great Grandmother of Jorgia, Jack, Joel, Arianna and Mason.
