Rocco Anthony Maniscalco Sr.

Rocco Anthony Maniscalco, Sr., of Chesilhurst, NJ, a beloved father, grandfather, and devoted friend, passed away on October 2, 2026, at the age of 83. Born on March 31, 1943, in Philadelphia, PA, he lived a life rich with experiences and cherished memories.

Rocco was a longshoreman with ILA/PMTA. His unwavering commitment to his work was a testament to his strong work ethic, which he instilled in those around him. Outside of his professional life, Rocco was a passionate and adventurous spirit. He adored fishing, enjoyed the thrill of hunting, and had a great love for motorcycles that fueled his adventurous soul. A lifelong fan of all Philadelphia sports, he took pride in rooting for his teams, sharing the excitement and camaraderie of game days with family and friends.

Above all, Rocco was devoted to his family. His heart swelled with love for his grandchildren, who brought him immense joy and pride. He cherished every moment spent with them, creating lasting memories that will be held dear for generations to come.

Rocco was a veteran and proudly served his county in the United States Army.

He leaves behind his children, Andrea Willis (Michael), and Christopher Bloomfield (Megan), cherished grandchildren, A.J., Alexandria, Donte, John, Brian, Rocco III, Gianna, Jenna, Krista (Eric), Thea, and Franklin, his great-grandchildren, Livianna, Rocco IV, and Aubrey Morris and sisters, Lucy Williams and Rose Laimo. Rocco was predeceased by his beloved wife, Marlene Maniscalco, children, Maria Maniscalco and Rocco Maniscalco, Jr., parents, Frank and Mary Maniscalco, and 9 siblings.

The visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm at LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ, 08004, with a service to follow at 6:00 pm. Condolences may be shared on his online guestbook.
