Robert Lopez

Robert "Bob" Lopez, Jr., age 77, of Sicklerville, NJ passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2025. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 58 years, Lucille Castellano Lopez, brother, Richard Colton, sister, Caroline Euker, sisters in-law, Kathleen Castellano Giudici, Michele Castellano Cornaglia, Cheryl Castellano Leonetti, Crystal Castellano Kunsky, and brother in-law, Michael Castellano. Bob is preceded in death by his son, Robert "Bobby" Lopez, III and his parents, Robert Lopez, Sr. and Rose Lopez (nee Bryant).

Bob was truly one of a kind, with a remarkable talent for fixing almost anything that came his way. One of his notable skills was his ability to repair and fine-tune his player piano. Bob cherished his son Bobby, whom he taught how to fix many things. They enjoyed wrestling, sharing jokes and watching movies together.

He was a passionate musician and played the mandolin with exceptional skill and possessed a powerful operatic voice. Bob even had the privilege of studying music under the same teacher as the famous Mario Lanza. Bob delighted in performing at various family gatherings, sharing his love of music with those close to him. He was also an exceptional cook and enjoyed cooking for his family. Bob was an avid animal lover. Above all, he cherished his son, Bobby and his beloved wife, Lucille, with whom he celebrated 58 wonderful years of marriage. He will be deeply missed.
