Richard Young

Richard Young, age 85, of Phillipsburg, NJ, passed away on Thursday April 30, 2020 at the Samaritan Center at Voorhees. Beloved husband of the late June Young and the late Kathy Young. Loving father of Kevin (Jeanette) Young and Christine (Scott) Martin. Step-father of Kathleen, Janine, and Linda. Proud grandfather of Amy (Ken), Megan, Stefanie (Steve), Jillian, Scott (Emily), Zachary (Kayla), Anthony, Stephen, Kate (Kyle), and Daniel (Cheyenne); great-grandfather of Paul, Jane, Sammy, and MacKenzie. Dear brother of Joan Young and the late Robert and Charles Young. Richard was born in Ridgewood, Queens. He most recently resided in Phillipsburg, NJ. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. Richard enjoyed golfing, good food, and drinking cheap scotch or a Heineken. He most enjoyed spending time with his beloved family.
