Patricia DiBella, of Hammonton, NJ, age 76, passed away peacefully at home on June 21, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer, with her beloved husband of 50 years, Dominic, by her side. Born on May 5, 1950, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Pat was the beloved daughter of the late Joe and Jean Bonk and was raised in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. In 1960, Pat and her twin sister, Susan, joined the Royaleers Drum & Bugle Corps. Their mother, Jean Bonk, served as the Corps Mother, while their father, Joe Bonk, served as a drill instructor and trustee.
Pat graduated from Cherry Hill West High School in 1968 and went on to attend Pierce College in Philadelphia, where she earned an associate’s degree in Fashion Merchandising. Pat began her professional career as Assistant Credit Manager at Wanamaker’s in Philadelphia, where she met her husband, Dominic. She continued her successful career in credit and collections at JCPenney in Voorhees, New Jersey, and Credit Lenders in Gibbsboro, New Jersey. Pat spent her remaining working years at American Lawn Irrigation in Atco, New Jersey, where she retired in 2015.
Pat is lovingly survived by her beloved husband, Dominic DiBella; her daughter, Stephanie Haller, and her husband, Jeff; her cherished twin grandsons, Dominic and Michael Haller; her twin sister, Susan Swider, and her husband, Tom; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Rick and Madelyn DiBella; and many loving nieces and nephews.
In their retirement years, Pat and Dominic enjoyed traveling and cherished the many memories they made spending winters in South Carolina and Florida. Since moving to Hammonton, New Jersey, more than 20 years ago, Pat formed many lasting friendships and will be deeply missed by the many friends whose lives she touched. Pat will be remembered for her strength, kindness, and love for her family. Her memory will be forever cherished by all who knew and loved her.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate team at Heartland Hospice and the dedicated caregivers from Visiting Angels for the exceptional care, kindness, and support they provided to Pat and her loved ones, allowing her to remain peacefully at home surrounded by those she loved.
Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Saturday, July 25th, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ, 08004 with a service and eulogies to follow at 11:00 am. Cremation was held privately.
