Nancy Kay Powell

Nancy K. Powell (nee Stewart), age 73, of Washington Township, New Jersey, passed away on Friday, July 10th, 2026. She leaves behind her sister, Pam Eppleman, nephew, Bryan Eppleman, as well as many nieces, nephews, friends, and her beloved Corgi, Merry. Nancy was predeceased by her husband, Francis X. Powell.

Nancy found joy in agility training and AKC trick dog shows. Her dog, Merry was her whole world and brought her companionship after the loss of her husband. Nancy enjoyed being with Merry every day till the end of her life.

When Nancy was not training for shows, she was creating beautiful baskets out of natural woodland materials, a true talented artist.

Funeral arrangements & cremation are under the care and direction of LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory in Atco, NJ. Memories and condolences may be shared with Nancy's family on her online guest book.
