Michael Andrew Lesko, of Westville, NJ, a beloved husband, father, and friend, passed away on September 28th, 2026, at the age of 75. Born on September 5th, 1951, in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, Michael lived a life filled with adventure, service, and deep-rooted passion.

As a proud veteran of both the Army and Air Force, Michael served his country with honor. He met his beloved wife, Janet, during his time in the Air Force, and together they built a life rich with love and shared experiences. An accomplished aerial combat photographer and member of the 75th Rangers 101st Force Airborne, Michael embraced the values of duty, honor, and sacrifice that defined his military service.

After his service, Michael dedicated himself to the manufacturing industry as a die setter at Magnetic Metals, where he was known for his diligence and camaraderie with coworkers. Beyond his profession, he was a passionate motorcycle enthusiast, finding joy in the open road and the thrill of the ride. He also cherished moments spent grilling with family and friends, where laughter and storytelling flowed as freely as the food.

A true history buff, Michael had a voracious appetite for knowledge, often sharing tales of the past and instilling in his family a deep appreciation for the world’s rich tapestry of events.

Michael is survived by his wife, Janet Lesko (nee Gudan), sons, Justin Lesko (Kelly), Shane Lesko, and Shawn Lesko, grandchildren, Jordyn, James and Gabriel, siblings, John Deeb, Jason Deeb, and Elva Novak, as well as many other extended family members all of whom will carry his memory forward in their hearts. He is predeceased by his parents, Michael Lesko and Dolores Sikorski (nee Honey).

Funeral arrangements and cremation are under the care and direction of LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, in Atco, NJ. A graveside service to be announced at a later date.
