Mary Theresa Brock (nee Gagliardi) of Cedar Brook, NJ passed away on November 27, 2025, at the age of 79. Devoted wife of the late Patrick "Pops" S. Brock; loving mother of Jennifer Brock, Jason Brock (Marieke) and Jacquelyn Walker (Greg); proud grandmother of Rocco, Lucca, and Gordon.
Mary "Mimi" was born on October 31, 1946, in Philadelphia, PA to Santina and Floyd Gagliardi and attended West Catholic Girls' High School. She met Patrick at a USO dance, and they married in 1971. In 1973, they moved to the quaint little town of Cedar Brook, New Jersey, where they were happily married for 51 years.
Mimi was so heavily involved with church, community, and helping neighbors, everywhere she went she knew someone. She worked tirelessly as a medical transcriptionist for over 35 years at Kessler Memorial Hospital and Central Orthopedic Associates, both located in Hammonton, NJ. She made lifelong friends in the workplace, coordinating ladies' luncheons once a month to share stories and make sure no one in the group ever felt alone.
Family was at the heart of everything Mimi did-whether she was helping guide her children/grandchildren through their education, supporting them at their sporting events, serving as Girl Scouts' Assistant Leader and Camden County Cookie Coordinator, or meticulously planning vacations/camping trips across the country.
Later in life she and Patrick were Snowbirds, escaping to Myrtle Beach for the warmth of the sun and once again expanding her circle of friends. Mimi's other lifelong passions were rooting for her favorite sports teams (Roll Tide!), working on jigsaw puzzles, and listening to audio books, musicals, or her favorite operas.
Her warmth, humor, and unwavering love leave an imprint that will remain in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
