James F. Kurtz

James “Big Jim” F. Kurtz, age 70 of Newfield, NJ passed away on Thursday, May 18th, 2023, at the Samaritan Center in Voorhees, NJ. He is survived by his wife RoseMary Kurtz (nee Hunter) and his son Adam Hunter (Jessica) of Newfield, NJ. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Riley, Charlotte, and James. Also surviving is his brother, Joseph R. Kurtz (Sharon) and his sister, Dorothy Pezzuto (Larry).

James was a truck driver and retired a few years ago from PFG foods. He was a lifetime member of both the Franklin Township Little League and of the Flying Buck Sportmans Club. James enjoyed hunting and fishing but mostly the company of his family and grandchildren.

Cremation will be held privately at LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory.
