Humbert V. Celi

Humbert V. Celi, age 89, passed away peacefully on May 29, 2025, at his home in Waterford, NJ. Born in Camden, New Jersey, he was the cherished son of the late Thomas M. Celi and Margaret M. Celi (née Benvento).

Humbert proudly served his country in the U.S. National Guard and later dedicated his professional life to A&M International Printing, where he worked as a skilled printing press repairman and traveled all over to make repairs. Known for his unwavering generosity and open-handed spirit, Humbert lived a life marked by kindness and a deep desire to help others in any way he could. Above all, Humbert treasured time spent with his family. His greatest joy came from being surrounded by his loved ones, especially his beloved grandchildren, who brought him endless pride and happiness.

Humbert is survived by his sons, Thomas A. Celi (Skye) and Joseph Celi (Cindy); grandchildren, Thomas J. Celi, David Celi, Daniel Celi, Michael Celi, Stephen Celi, Angela Celi, Joey Celi, Bryan Celi, and Jayna Celi; great grandchildren, Victoria Celi, Jonathan Celi, Donovan Celi, Leo Royal, Clarity Royal, and Adeline Royal; niece, Tara Celi; and sister in law, Jeanette Celi.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Patricia Celi; grandson, Anthony Celi; and brother, Thomas Celi.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Saturday, June 14, 2025, from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM, at LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, located at 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ 08004. A memorial service will begin at 12:00 PM at the funeral home.
