Fred William Pratt

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Fred William Pratt, age 76, who passed away on March 24, 2026. Born on November 17, 1949, in Camden, NJ to William Fred and Julia Agnes (née Butler) Pratt. He spent most of his life in the close-knit community of Lindenwold, NJ, where he touched the hearts of many.

Fred was a dedicated grocery manager at Pathmark for 42 years, where he was known for his hardworking spirit and commitment to excellent service.

In his free time, Fred passionately enjoyed golfing and fishing. He was an avid sports fan who delighted in watching the Philadelphia Phillies games and boxing matches. Each morning, he found joy in his ritual of savoring a coffee and donut from Dunkin', a small pleasure that brought warmth to his days.

Fred is survived by his mother, Julia Pratt; his daughter, Kayla Pratt; his siblings, Paula Kozak and Tracy Skaz; his niece, Jennifer Green and nephew Lenny Schleyer and his wife Liz and many other nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his father, his wife, Margaret F. (née Green) Pratt; his brother, William "Billy" Pratt and his cherished canine companion pugs Brandy and Sara Lee, and a miniature pinscher, Buddy, who were always by his side.

Funeral services will be private and under the care of LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ 08004.
