Elsie F. Kephart

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Elsie F. Kephart (nee Kreck), of Sicklerville, NJ, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend who left us on Sunday, April 19th, 2026, at the age of 80. 

Elsie served proudly as a bus driver for Monroe Township. A beloved grandmother and great-grandmother, Elsie cherished every moment spent with her family. She found joy in creating beautiful memories, from family trips to the Outer Banks to simple dinners and coffee dates with her dear friends. Elsie took great pride in her immaculate nails and loved to soak up the sun, embodying a spirit of joy that was contagious to those around her.

She showed her love through acts of service, whether it was cooking for family or friends or driving them around to their appointments. Elsie was not only devoted to her family, but also to her favorite team, The Philadelphia Phillies, always there to cheer them on!

Elsie is survived by her children, William Kephart, Jr. (Carla), and Tracy Gregory (William, Sr.), grandchildren, Chase Kephart, Nicole Gregory, and William Gregory, Jr., as well as her great-grandchild, Scarlett Gregory. She also leaves behind her cherished community, Betty and "The Girls". Elsie is predeceased by her husband, William Kephart, Sr., and her parents, Martin and Ethal Kreck.

Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Thursday, April 23rd, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm at LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ, 08004, with eulogies and words of remembrance to follow at 3:00 pm.
