Edward M. Berkey

Edward M. Berkey, age 92, of Stratford, NJ, passed away on Friday September 14, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Louise Berkey (nee Pratt). Loving father of Laura Romeo, Kimberly Trendler, and Cindy Rightler. Proud grandfather of 7, great-grandfather of 8, and great-great grandfather of 4. Edward was born in Pine Hill, NJ, and was a Stratford resident since 1961. He proudly served as a Corporal First Class in the United States Army from August 1944 to August 1946, serving on the Asiatic Pacific front. He then went on to own and operate the Collingswood Hobby Shop with his wife for many years. Cremation will be held privately. Condolences may be shared at www.lpwoosterfuneralhome.com.
