Edward L. Deeney, age 79, of Clementon, NJ, passed away on Wednesday August 25, 2021. Beloved husband Christine Deeney (nee Burdick). Loving father of Debra Abrams, Robert (Judy) Deeney, Sharon Deeney, Kimberly Filderman, and the late Edward Deeney Jr. Proud grandfather of Christine Filderman, Shawn Filderman, Jacob Filderman, Jenna Preston, Maranda Abrams, Jesse (April) Deeney, Vince Schmidt, Nick Schmidt, and Christopher Schmidt; great-grandfather of Zoey, Damien, Jonah, Aleanna, Sophia, Mila, Cali, Jayce, Justin, and Ethan. Dear brother of the late Patrick, Joe, and Bill Deeney. He will also be sadly missed by his best friends Johnny and Susan Boundar, Billy and Ellie Boundar, and Tom and Linda Hayes. Edward was born in Lindenwold, NJ and resided in Clementon, NJ most of his life. His greatest love was his dear wife, Christine. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Services will be held privately.
