Chaz M. Weiss

Chaz M. Weiss, age 32 of Pine Hill, NJ, passed away on November 25, 2025. He was born in Camden, NJ.

Chaz was an avid sports fan and loved music. He enjoyed Harry Potter, Pokémon, and playing chess. Known for his quick wit and sense of humor, Chaz loved making people laugh. He was a proud and devoted brother to his three sisters, whom he loved dearly. Chaz will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is predeceased by his grandparents, Claribel and Joseph Montano, who helped raise him, and by his aunt, Teresa Gibbons.

Chaz is survived by his mother, Beth Moklak (Jamison); his sisters, Illyana Smith, Tatyana Moklak, and Kylee Moklak; his uncle, William Weiss (Christine); and his cousins, Katherine Bass, Alovor Bass, Brent Bass, and Emma Weiss. He is also survived by many friends at his program who cherished him.

Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory and will be held privately.
