Charles E. Hartley, of Williamstown, NJ. passed away on Monday, January 9, 2023, age 88 years.

Beloved husband of Shirley G. (nee Gross). Loving father of Cynthia I. Hartley, Beverly H. Hartley, and Keith C. Hartley. Devoted grandfather of Toni Ann, Margaret, Ryan, Brigid, Victoriana. Charles was also the proud step grandfather of Bianca, Joseph, Alexis, Leah, Christopher, Daniel, and Julianna. Great grandfather of Maddison, Bianca L., Aoife, Maximillian, Santi, Javi.

Charles was born in Fairmont West Virginia. Charles served in the U.S. Navy. He worked in the medical intake

and billing office for Atlantic Care.

Inurnment services at Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Tuckahoe Road in Monroe

Township, NJ. will be at a later date.
