It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Brian Lee Keil, born on February 24, 1959, in Kingston, PA, who departed this life on March 29, 2026. A lifelong resident of Mount Laurel, NJ, Brian was a devoted father, loving companion, and a man of unwavering faith, leaving behind the indelible legacy of his spirit.
Known for his warm heart and infectious enthusiasm, Brian was a man of God who dedicated countless hours to weekly Bible studies that nurtured his faith and brought together friends and family. Brian believed in Jesus he had a personal relationship with him. One that he shared with many. Shine your light on family and friends that we may all rejoice with glory to our god.
During his high school years, he played the saxophone and was a member of the National Honor Society. He deeply loved to play and listen to music.
His unwavering love of sports was evident in every text he sent during Philadelphia Eagles games, cheering them on with the same passion he exhibited for his beloved Penn State & Phillies.
An avid gardener, Brian found joy in tending to his plants and flowers. Always sharing the fruits of his labor-the fresh vegetables he grew- with friends and neighbors. He cherished the quiet moments spent on his deck, watching the hummingbirds flutter about, a reminder of the beauty in life's simple pleasures.
Brian leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and kindness that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew him. His warmth and generosity will be deeply missed.
He will be remembered fondly by his children, Matthew Keil, and Mariel Keil (Connor Donnelly), cherished grandson, who was his best friend, Thomas Donnelly, beloved companion of over 20 years, Terry Fidell, step-son, Donny Fidell, siblings, Henry and William Keil, mother of his children, Karen Keil as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors.
Brian was preceded in death by his parents, William and Eleanor Keil (nee Lynn).
