Barbara Ann Harms (nee Carlucci), age 84, passed away on Wednesday, April 16th, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of ingenuity and creativity. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Jennifer Lee Banks, her sister, Susan Carlucci-Fahy, her niece in-law, Johanna Atkinson, grand nephew, Liam Craig-Atkinson, 4 step grand nieces and nephews as well as many loving cousins and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Mary Carlucci; her infant grandchildren, Sidney and Alex Banks; her nephew, William Atkinson, as well as her many aunts and uncles.
A true Renaissance woman, she had a knack for fixing anything that broke, from household appliances to complex computer systems. But Barb's passions extended far beyond the screen. She was an outdoor enthusiast who reveled in nature's beauty, often spending time camping, swimming or simply basking in the sunshine. Her love for animals was evident by the many pets she had over the years. Art was another outlet for her creativity, painting being one of her favorite hobbies. Many trips to the shore for crabbing had been taken with her mother, sister, and daughter. Barbara also practiced the art of resting, as her sister recalls Barb getting as much beauty sleep as possible.
She will be deeply missed.
