Marvin G. Dilks, Sr."Bake," 83 yrs. of Berlin New Jersey passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2017. He is predeceased by his parents, Stewart & Mary Dilks (Green); son, Michael S. Dilks and brothers, Wesley Dilks, Mahlon Dilks and Bowman Dilks. Marvin is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Myrna Dilks (Couch); five children, Marsha Johnson (Kenneth, Jr.), Marvin Dilks, Jr. (Gail), Malinda Trueland (Robert, Sr.), Mary Lou Hotz (Steven, Sr.), Sharon Sharp (Ernie); sisters, Anna Mae Lathrope, Mary Kroliczek and Linda Stewart; 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Marvin was a member of the Oak Grove Rod & Gun Club, a farmer, a hunter and a Nascar fan. He will be remembered for how kind and loving he was to his family and friends and just a pure family guy. Family and friends are invited to attend Marvin's viewing on Tuesday, November 28th from 6pm-9m and then again on Wednesday, November 29th from 9:30am-10:30am and a funeral service will follow at the Leroy P Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory at 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ. Interment will take place at Erial Cemetery, Gloucester Twp.
