Donald Edward Harter, Jr., age 58, passed away on Saturday April 14, 2018. Beloved father of Mandi Harter, Erica Harter, and Daniel Harter. Proud grandfather of Mackenzie Harter. Loving brother of Ervin Coulter, the late Ernest Hargis, Steven Hargis, Robert Hargis Pamela Hilton, Debbie Hargis Dye, Brenda Zifcak, and Tammie Quimby. Donald worked for many years as a truck driver. He loved his job. He also greatly loved his family. As he said, "I did it all." Services and cremation for Donald will be held privately.
