Divyang Patel

Divyang Patel, 40, born to Niranjan and Bhakti Patel on April 14, 1980 in India, passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2020. He leaves behind his parents, his wife Bhavika, and his children Aarshi and Anay. Aarshi will cherish her memories with her father on their trip to Cancun, and Anay will remember how his father taught him to throw a perfect spiral football. His sister, Komal Amin, and brother-in-law, Pranav Amin, will always have a special place for him in their hearts. Most of all, Divyang will be thoroughly missed by all his nieces and nephews, particularly Sparsh and Saaransh, as D-mama was always their favorite. He is preceded by his beloved dog Sparky. Whether it was family or strangers, Divyang had a special place in his heart for all. He had the ability to make a stranger feel comfortable and at home instantly. While he was a naturally talented cook, it was the warmth with which he served the meal that made it delicious. Family gatherings meant everything to him, whether it is driving 9.5 hours to meet family or planning every detail of a camping trip for a family of 50 every other year. His smile was contagious and sorrows hidden. His family will forever remember his generous love, his mischievous and personable nature, and the warmth and selflessness he infused in all his relationships.
