Charles Wayne Braddock, Sr.

Charles W. Braddock, Sr. (Wayne), 90, of Gibbsboro, NJ passed away on Monday, November 12, 2018 peacefully at his Gibbsboro home. Charles was born on March 3, 1928 to the late Robert and Elizabeth (McIntyre) Braddock. He married Janice (Fitton) in 1951, built his house in his hometown of Gibbsboro and raised his two children, Charles W., Jr. & Cynthia. Charles served in the United States Army during the Korean War. After his time in the service he opened up his own dental lab business. He worked many years at Benton Tire and ultimately retired from Atlantic Electric. He loved his home and his property and spent much of his free time on landscaping and improvements. Charles opened his home to many in the family when they were in need. His home will forever be remembered as home base for not only his immediate family but to many others. He is survived by his daughter Cynthia (Braddock) Manoli and husband Gary; granddaughter, Nicole (Braddock) Pierantozzi and husband Gabriel; two great grandsons, Nicholas and David Pierantozzi. Cremation is being held private for the family. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to Samaritan Hospice at www.samaritannj.org.
