Barbara McDowell “Bubba” age 64 of Clementon, NJ passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Friday, November 23, 2018. She is predeceased by her mother Selma McDowell and brother Harry McDowell. Beloved mother of Cindy Delgado (Ché) of Naples, FL, Brett McDowell and Kevin McDowell of Clementon, NJ. She is also survived by her sisters Selma Seery (Jack), Gail McDowell, and sister-in-law Debbie McDowell. Grandchildren Cynthia, Cirsty, Ché Jr., Brayden and Great Grandson David. Nephew Franny, nieces Denise and Brittany. Cremation will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her son Kevin McDowell.
